I don't like any editorial descriptions whatsoever in a car ad. Sellers of used cars are not competing new car dealers try to out do each other. Most people in the used car market know pretty much what they are after and are informed.
Here's an ad that is wrong from the 1st word to the last"
"The effects of Ford's massive investments in Jaguar were felt with a “back to the roots” design for the XJ6, with a more rounded shape, dual headlights flowing into the bonnet and sleek and tapered lines along with the familiar Jaguar haunches.
Mechanically, an all new and much needed electrical system was installed as well as an updated version of the AJ6 engine, the 245 hp AJ16.
Driving the new Ford manufactured version reveals the difference from the old Jaguar: The engine feels more responsive and delivers more power with better acceleration, especially from a stop. Handling is surprisingly good considering the size of the XJ6 and its vocation as a luxury car, but again good handling has always been a characteristic of Jaguars."
