open the hood and check that line has not come off on the base of the hood at the right side. next would be to see if you filled the tank ,
Next would be to remove the tank and remove the metal collar in the tank and the fill tube ,
these collars will rust and fill the tank with rusty water that will clog the washers,
the pumps are able to be taken apart and cleaned also wash out your washer tank to remove the rusty deposits
