I just received an email telling me that I won a Starbucks gift card for completing your survey. I appreciate it, but I didn't fill out the survey to win some free coffee. I did it to help you out by providing my feedback on some areas that are important to you.
Please take the gift card that you were going to send me and use it to motivate your salespeople. Dangle it in front of them and say,
"Coffee is for closers!". That will be a much better use of the money.
