The Rims are the European extra wide Dial rims and are very rare
I've never heard of different or wide Euro rims, anybody here heard of them?
Vin doesn't show up in Calif smog history, no doubtful it could be registered even if he claims its registered non op, DMV reg fee calculator doesn't recognize the vin. Pretty sure that vin is the non S, but I do get confused on the early cars.
