I have to admit to being surprised by the reactions I get in public. Taking my 911 anywhere is more an event than simply a afternoon drive. Stares, comments, etc. A few weeks ago a fellow passing me in a parking lot threw on his brakes, stopped, reversed to pull beside me and yelled "is that a 912?" out this window. [ my steel wheels fooled him! ]
An unexpected aspect of ownership. Totally fun!
