WTS 944 2.5 race engine
I have a 2.5 for sale that was rebuilt by Steinel's and used for 4 weekends. Has a fresh head, rings, rod bearings, Lindsey oil pan baffle kit and was balanced before assembly. This is a high quality engine and was rebuilt with OE Porsche parts, no aftermarket except for the Lindsey baffle. I have the wiring harness and DME available for extra $ if needed. I replaced it with a 2.7 and was going to keep it as a backup but have decided to sell. It has been "fogged" and stored properly for approximately 1 year. Would be an excellent 944 Cup or Spec engine. $5000 PLUS shipping for engine/long block, $5600 with harness and DME plus shipping.
