Well, having the contractor take care of this was the hope, but he's behaving like...a contractor. He wasn't on the job site the last two days
I just don't know who the players are yet. I figure that anyone who would steal a dog with tags that is obviously a pet (and signs are up with a reward) likely isn't a "play fair" kinda guy. If I go doing some recon I'll make sure I'm prepared...
