Pediatric second opinion. ??

My daughter, Grace is 14 months old. Last night @ 8:30 she vomited. after that she vomited about once every two hours. She did not have a fever. This morning Mrs. Crusty took her to her pediatrician and the doctor told her to give her pedialyte (sp) and the B.R.A.T. diet. Grace slept from 11:30 ( when they got home) to about 3:00. She has had small sips of pediatlyte (sp) then Mrs. Crusty fed her some food ( the B.R.A.T. diet ) not less than a half hour later she vomited. Mrs Crusty thinks it is time for the emergency room ( it is her first child ) I do not think she is that sick at all ( three children in late teens with a 100% survival rate) maybe just a stomach bug. It is approaching 24 hours since it all started and Mrs. Crusty is panicking. B.T.W. MIL is here on vacation and is a Nurse with 40+ years experience and Mrs. Crusty is a nurse with 7 years experience, but neither have pediatric experience. I am asking the brain trust what would you do and If you are a doctor I am especially interested.
Thanks in advance.
