well obviously you havent felt the hammers of THOR yet in yer short life, trust me as the sun comes up in the east, ride the big ones fast..................and get dead real fast.
i have put more miles OFFROAD than most have ON ROAD! from where i live, to baja,to across the majority of the san juan and rocky mtn passes on bikes/quads/jeeps/4wd. its not like im some 20 yr old wet behind the ears kid.
my front and rear shocks are in perfect condition, you can eat off the damn thing and it runs like a top. tires are new ITP's. so from that it should be obvious its not mechanical, nor rider ability. its called OFF CAMBER ! and when you flip it.................you better hope to gawd you were smart enough to wear a helmet.
when you flip these damn things it aint some 250-300# dirty bike which sucks in itself, its at least 500-600+ #'s coming to crush you into PULP!
all i was doing when i flipped mine,was taking a steep hill left hander at about 2 mph and over it went despite body english to the uphill side.
that damn yamaha grizzly 600 crushed me like a freeking BUG! and it was no fun trust me.
i have gotten myself in some pretty thick ugly nasty terrain recovering game or searching for downed game with it, and i really do know how to read the trail/terrain, and thats key to these.
now if ya wanna go fast.....................try sticking with me on my huskies(1-500xc-1-250xc-1-250wr)), my xr w/xr's only built to the hilt motor/ktm 500xc upside forks, my concours frame up resto penton 175 jack piner, or if ya really wanna see god in technicolor................MY WOODS BUILT ROTAX ATK 605 BAJA RACER w/dual baja designs 8" lamps!
after sucking dust for a few miles...............we will see who squats to pee and crys for mommy!
after doing baja for some 30 years now, we know how to make them fast, and we know how to make them reliable, and we really DO KNOW HOW TO RIDE FAST and SMART!
