Well done! (Maybe a bit foolhardy, taking off after three guys, but the adrenalin does get up a bit).
Friends of mine have a garage and responded to a silent alarm one night. They called the RCMP on the way and, when they got there surprised two guys. They caught one in a brief chase on foot, dragged him back to the garage placed him on the floor and restrained him by lowering the arms of the vehicle lift over him.
RCMP officers who responded had a great laugh.
Glad all went well.
