I've had a problem when trying to find info on pre-1981 SC's- they are not in carfax.

I go here to confirm it is in range: Simon's Porsche 911 SC Site

And here to check smog history (at least for California)

But how can we (the public) access the databases that carfax and autocheck pull from?
