I think it's amazing what some people put into their bodies. I once read the contents on a bag of "(artifical) Bacon Flavored Rings". WTF are "rings"?

Lottsa chemicals, filler and fat, it turns out. I won't touch a "ring", whatever artificial flavor it may be, with a ten foot pole.
I do hear that they're good with Red Bull though.
I drink some coffee, but mostly tea, not so much for the cafeine, I just like it.
Having said that, I have drunk coffee to wake up/stay awake on occasion, but always with the realization that I didn't get enough sleep, been up too many hours, whatever. I don't like taking stimulants and when I feel the need to do so I realize I've been neglecting my sleep, diet or whatever.
