Many odd electrical problems can be traced to the fuse blocks. Unhook the positive lead from the battery and remove and clean each fuse one by one. Clean the fuse and the fuse holder posts with a little wire brush. Crudded up fuses will heat up under load and cause things to cut in and out as they heat and cool. The inexpensive aluminum fuses corrode faster than the good copper types as they are made from a less noble and dissimilar metal.

Do this first and see if the problems go away, if not you might want to check into the turn signal switch and the flasher units.
