I went up that way cause there were estate auctions that was auctioning off a guys 5000 gun collection, and 250,000 rounds of ammo. It amounted to 10 gun auctions and 2 ammo auctions. This guy was out for volume and not quality. He had not one Mosin Nangant but 300 Mosin Nangants..he never met a gun that he did not like. However his Dad was an Optometrist in Hollywood back in the day and had a coupla hundred really nice spoons. I got a really rare Springfield Krag Cadet rifle..aka Philippine Constabulary rifle outa that collection. In 30 years I have seen exactly 3 of them, 2 in that auction and one that was probably fake. I got the best of the two and on the cheap for what it is. Nobody knew what the fk it was except for me.
