Justin Bieber is a product of "Usher", a rap star turned business man.

-Laugh at Justin Bieber all you want. He's a 16 year old kid from Ontario, and he's probably worth $10 million. He didn't win the lottery- he started out singing on street corners in Edmonton. Then he put some of his videos on Youtube. Usher saw them, and realized that he could make money off this kid. Why? Usher is an ugly black man, and Bieber is a beautiful young white kid. But Usher is probably the next Oprah, an amazing businessman. He realized that if he fed the kid songs and taught him how to sing, and professionally produced his songs....that he could turn the kid into a printing press for dollar bills.

There is a word for this: It is called "capitalism"-
