I agree with everyone in regard to taking the APFT again because the CSM is being a "Richard Cranium", but I have an issue with his comment that the previous test wasn't good enough for him because he's implying that the other soldier’s APFT isn’t valid either.
The Army can flag your records if you have an unfavorable action against you (overweight, APFT failure, etc.) and the flagging action can prevent you from being promoted, being put on active duty, and in your case, receiving an enlistment bonus. Again, the CSM wants to be a pain so you need to play by his rules or he'll make your life miserable. Take the APFT and within two months, you won’t have to deal with him again.
I do have one question…..what rank was the person who signed your PT card this past September?
