Ok, so it lines up then? I was thinking maybe a long bolt to go through the mount on the body, with a nut to go on the underside to stop it moving up and down. Then drilling a hole through the vw bus mount and having a nut either side of that. Too low tech, or will that work? This is mainly going to stop up and down movement, do i need to worry about side to side wobble?
Also i had to remove the starter to get the flywheel into the bellhousing, i recall reading that there is a certain size flywheel needed for the 912, anyone know what it is? 914 do?
