Found it !! Got under the dash last night and found one wire that went to the right turn indicator had rubbed against one of the wires going into temp guage(where the red and green warning lights are) a little wire repair work and no more phantom lights...I got to thinking about how both of the engine warning lights had been comeing on together so I pulled the temp gauge...sure enough in the back it was all munged up with corrosion between those two lights...cleaned this with a little Trich. and gave it a light conformal coating to prevent future corrosion...no more problem. After seeing how brittle all the wiring is on this car I think I am going to just replace all of the wiring this winter...hopefully thats as easy said as done!
