Need a little help!! Please
Just firing up my 912 with a newly rebuilt engine... large pistons, cam, webers, etc.
The engine sounds great, just two (so far) minor problems.
1. battery is not charging. I know I don't have any grounding straps on engine or trans. (car was a basket case when I got it) and I'm not sure what they look like or where they should attach
2. the fuel filters in the gas lines (I have 2 - one before the engine and one after the fuel pump) don't ever fill completely with gas. The engine seems to run out of fuel after a short while. Do I need to purge the line, or something?
