IMO, you can never reduce the weight in the rear of a 911 enough. These cars are nimble and easy to rotate because of the weight distribution they come with, but when you go over the limit in cornering with this car on the track - the first thing to go is the rear, no matter how much rear weight you reduce or how much rear tire you put on it - the only thing that changes is where the limit is. I would leave your torsion bars alone (since this is a cab I would not go any higher) and maybe consider an adjustable sway bar (set softer in front or stiffer in the rear to start wth). Better yet, remove the big speaker from the front to restore any loss in nimbleness you may have lost by reducing the rear weight. The car as it sits now is probably better from a performance standpoint than the way it was.
