Might be a similar product to BagBalm.

I use it when my hands are in poor shape due to winter conditions and hand cleaners. Even some commercial soaps will set off the eczema like reaction I get from some aggressive soap products.
I will use some cortisone cream on the bad areas and after coat with the BagBalm.
BagBalm is pretty slimy stuff and takes a bit to work in.
Another good cream is a hemp product from the Body Shop?
