Have you thought about things you do/come into contact with that part of that hand as opposed to the other or both hands? Could be a reaction of the lotion to something or a stain from something else brought out by the lotion. Try to go through a process of elimination. You might come up with some ideas. You might start by actually trying to determine if its a topical stain or the tissue is actually stained.
