Get the rottenest set of cookie cutters you can find and mount dedicated snow tires on them. I'm running 205-60-15s on rat rims. The crap on the roads will kill any nice wheels you may have, plus, by now most of us have upgraded to some sort of snazzy wheel anyway and it'd be a shame to ruin them with all the salt and sand.
I agree with removing the PS belt (see my post above), and switch to 5W30 oil if temps get really cold, as your engine will not want to circulate anything heavier.
At the time I got to play musical wheels I didn't realize we were posting record low temps. I did all that at about -40C. I should have my head examined.
