when food is in contact with most soft plastics - food grade or not - BPA will migrate into the food; this will be greatly accelerated at high temperatures

so your sperm count may well decline (on avg. an adult US male today is 1/4 the man his grandpa was) and some other things might happen too
also, don't smoke pot - similar reason (and it was a lot of fun to announce that in class and see all the guys in the back of the big lecture hall suddenly WAKE UP)
easy fix - remove the food, put in on a plate* or in a bowl* (non-plastic ones, ok) and then microwave
* for you bachelors, those are things that your gf tries to get you to put food in before eating it - and, no, I have no idea why they think it is important to do that
