Unless I could go inspect this car I would not even consider it except for parts.

As of this morning the seller's been asked 13 times for photos of the underside/suspension and has not provided and has deferred in every case with replies from I'm not a photographer to the body loOKs OK. There is no way to verify the car is beyond restoring without an inspection.

His claim that the car in number matching is also suspect as he offers no documentation. This would be really high risk remote purchase; a lot of more "defined/less risky" projects around.
