I used to fly over to Quantico a lot, and you could see the outline of the Confederate ships the Union sank after the war. I'll look, but I don't think I have pics.
On the kayak theme, my 1991 Perception. Many days on the white water in this thing. It is not even close to being current, but then, the paddler isn't either.
