Apparently most trainees last about 2 weeks and most trainers last about 4 months. (And they aren't eligible for training with this company until *after* they have their CDL--which means 4 weeks of training, thousands of dollars, drug and background tests in Illinois.*) He made it almost a year got canned after telling a trainee to quit because he was complaining so much during the training runs. The six accidents his trainees had apparently was considered normal.
*(Illinois passed a series of laws making getting a CDL very expensive and difficult after a former governor was convicted of driver's licenses--he was Secretary of State at the time--to raise money for his campaign. And this is the guy before Blago.)
