If the seller will not you poke around or let you take the car in for a PPI then what is there to hide. Walk away and keep looking $4500 is alot to pay for a car hat you may have to put $XXXX into to get $4500 condition.
You really should get it in the air. If you can remove both rocker panels. This will reveal alot.
And don't buy the car if it does'nt feel right.
