machine shops for head and rod rebuild for my 79 930 turbo

Well I am in search of highly qualofied shops to do the rebuild on my cylinder heads and con rods for my 79 930.
Live in Baltimore MD area and wanted opinions from the forum on who does really good work at reasonable price for a rebuild of my cylinder heads (competition valve job and guide replacement) and possibly the rods (rebush) and the rocker arms (rebush and grind rocker pad).

Also looking for the best place to send my stock cams out to be converted to 911SC specs. Was told Dougherty is good but was not sure if grinding the stock cam to the new profile was as good as Web cams that hard welds and regrinds the new profile. Plus and minusses of each approach?

I was looking at EBS racing and Ollies but wanted opinions from the guys here that have had work done by these or other shops.
Word of mouth is golden in my opinion. Better than fancy adds from Pano or Excellence magazine.

Thanks,
Fred
