Ben at M&K used Henry at Supertech and he told me that he was very happy with the quality and turnaround time.
As for your cams, factory cams are chilled iron so grinding on them won't soften them. Welding is a different matter, however. It's difficult to get good results when welding on cast iron due to the really high carbon content. You may feel better with using new cams, all things considered.
