I don't envy you Cali folks at all. Sounds like you almost need a lawyer to do an engine swap!
Not to take this out of focus but if almost all '66-'74 exhaust equipment was the same, why did '68 only have the smog pump? I've noticed other makes have the same. Was this an anticipated change in emissions laws that never happened- until later?
