It does sound like you're down to the little stuff - that's a nice place to be.

On my car, the interior lights did not come on simply because of a small amount of corrosion on the switch. The switch comes out really easily, but you have to disconnect the battery first, as there is power to the wires, and once the switch is loose, it's easy to ground against its mounting hole.

Now get out there and drive it and enjoy it.
