buy vs build.......
I agree with most of the comments here encouraging you to buy a car instead of build.
However, i loved building my BMW M3 racecar. And if you don't have the money or ability to have someone else wrench on your car, then building your own car really helps you know the car so you can fix problems at the racetrack that could ruin your weekend otherwise. If I didn't know my racecar so well, I would have left the track early several times simply due to a minor problem.
