This will probably get the fitness guru's upset but I feel that flat stomachs and six-pack abs are more genetic than working out?! In the 70s and 80s when I was cycling, running and doing a few other events, I used to do 300 situps in the morning and 300 at night and I never got those "rock hard abs" everyone dreams about. I did not have a belly as I only weighed 155 or so but nothing ever seemed to change?!
