My little LUPO is an Automatic (my first car so equipped.)
I don't put it into Nuetral, but I sometimes put into Park at a long light or at a train crossing.
Many NYC Cabbies do this, for me it's a rest for my leg, I never thought about the transmission.
But now I'm curious if this might somehow be a bad idea? I only do it once I know the cars behind me have stopped as I realize this makes the BRAKE lights go out.
