Thank you. The funny thing about this board is that people post at least once a day making fun of cars on ebay that look just like thrown_hammer's, and then they get upset when a few people on the board say the same thing about one of the board member's cars. I'm sure a few of those people that we have all ridiculed on ebay were members of this board. So, I see little difference - nothing like a little hypocrisy to liven things up.
I've seen pictures of thrown_hammer's car for a long time and have never commented because I did think it was rude. Today, I started by saying that I never liked the Strosek conversions - nothing against thrown_hammer, just an opinion of mine. A few people backed me up. Then, when thrown_hammer decided to, as he said, "take his ball and leave", the gloves came off. Even then, I was not as critical as some of the other people that posted here. Is it rude? Maybe, but I think acting like a child and quitting is a little rude too. Besides, we are entitled to our opinions. I have been ridiculed (and rightly so) for asking stupid questions, but that's how it goes in a board like this. If you can't take a little abuse, then it's probably better that you and your ball left.
