I just bought 2 new Motorola H730 ear pieces. I cannot stand having something stuck in my ear. It causes pain after a little while. The noise canceling on these is great, plus you flip it open to connect/turn on. It can sit in your pocket and not drain.
For in the car the Ford Sync system works great. There have to be decent stereo's out there that can do this.
