This is a very small state with a very large, and aggressive police presence, both local and state. It'll be enforced. $50 first offense, $200 second time. Of course there are always the ones who will not pay attention to the rules. I don't need the aggravation, and I spend at lot of work time on the phone between the house and job. Its time to get one.
I'm leaning towards the speaker type. Something that could go between cars would be ideal.
I have my great great grandfathers ears and literally have to shave inside my ear canal every other day and I'm thinking that sticking an ear plug in would just be irritating after awhile.
