Perhaps someone will help you, but I've never bothered with a torque wrench for this, and I've had these nuts off and back on many many times. Never had a problem, either.

It is a 10mm stud, and usually a 17mm nut, so any 17mm box end wrench tugged upon hard will give you enough so nothing will come loose. And unless you are an ape, you won't overtorque anything. For that matter, you can use a normal length 3/8" ratchet.

Think about it - you won't be able to torque the upper right nut anyway (unless, of course, you cut a nice hole opposite it on the mount so you can use a socket and extension).
