I am in need of some help and guidance regarding getting my 911sc insured in Finland, and hope one of the members here from Finland can help.
Here in Sweden I have the car insured as a enthusiast car with a company that specialize in that type of insurance, and understand all that comes with having a car like this.
I have not been able to find an insurance company like this in Finland, so have been trying to sort it out with the normal (larger) insurance companies - I have spoken to IF and Pohjola so far, and it is a joke!!!
Pohjola is having problems giving me insurance as they say the car is to old
and IF wants to charge me a fortune for the insurance as it is a racing car mad
Both of them think I am mad when I start to talk about "Enthusiast Car Insurance", and try to convince me that I need "Veteran Car" Insurance which will enable me to drive the car once a year and only to a show!
I think something is getting lost in translation
Before i go mad, can someone from Finland please help me out!!!!!
