For heads Anchor Atlantic is on your side of the country. Lots of people have used them and have great things to say about them.

Send your rocker arms to Craig Garrett (cgarr) and he'll reface them and rebush them with newer technology teflon-lined bushings. He's done some testing on these and they've proven to perform much better than the original bare metal bushings.

I agree with Lindy that you could just use a good set of SC or Carrera cams instead of reprofiling yours. Remember to find a set that has the same fastening (large 46mm nut?) of your cams. Later cams use a bolted end.
