wow!! i love lamb chops! those look great. i never really go beyond salt/pepper..maybe a sprig or two of rosemary tossed into the coals.
i also love scallops. that wasnt all one meal was it?
and dont be knocking the burgers..a great bbq burger is no easy feat.
. i think it is more difficult to grill than a good steak.
and what grill is that? looks well seasoned!
