Dave, check Ebay... I bought a piece of maple from a place in Canada bound for a
Heatley being built for me. got the piece for about $25 and had it shipped to the builder. Nice piece of wood from what I hear.. guitar not done yet, so I haven't seen it. Been in the works since '04 or so!
When looking on Ebay, be sure to inquire about the moisture content. Above 9% (I think it was) is too wet...
