Use the the pet products, then finish up with the Murphy's. Hopefully that will take care of it.
One thing to be aware of - there are certain types of wood that smell like pee (at least to me). White fir comes to mind. Here in the northwest, the loggers call it "pis$ fir" for a reason. The good news is that it is pretty bug resistant.
