Pretty sure the NTA means "National Type Approval".
Has to do with the car's homologation. Most probably, your car spent some time of it's life in Europe (UK??).
In any case, E1 and E2 are European homologation directives.
Will take a look at mine when I get home in a few hours.
Google WVTA (Whole Vehicle Type Approval), quite surely you will find some answers.
