I had the same song & dance this week. 10 or so calls last week to the 800 # did nothing.
Sent an email to
FWSmith@fedex.com (Pres.&CEO). Within 1/2 hr I had a call from his assistant,another 1/2 I had a call from the hub mgr. Had my package within 2 1/2 hrs.
His assistant called me last night at 8:30 to make sure I got it!!
