If the car was is a "dog", why did you call me twice with offers?
Not so fast there Dave. If the car was a "dog" why did you call twice over a period of two months trying to buy it? After the first offer, you backed out stating your dealer had two many cars. Then you called back a few weeks later with new interest and a lower offer. I don't know anything about you having to enter a car into a system for it to be a geniune offer. When a person makes me an offer, I assume it is a geniune offer, not offer bait to lure me in and then back out or low ball me later.
