My wife loves it, as do her parents. I'm not ecstatic, and have slept on my in-laws mattress. It's pretty good, but I don't sleep any better than I do on a normal mattress.

As for %^&*ing, make sure the mattress is protected. The material stains easily, I understand, and bodily fluids are essentially impossible to remove. Or so I'm told. I didn't inspect the mattress, as it were...
