Dave, I have a question that maybe you can answer? Why does Victory buy stamped service books off of eBay ? As I joke l listed a massive bundle of 911 service records and they offered to buy them on ebay. Both times it was under a different eBay name then they sell cars. Does that sound like an outfit someone should do business with?
