Our lil girl has made the observation that perhaps God is the Sun (or that the Sun is God). I know that it is a very primal belief but it stands to reason and I can see where all things on Earth (including us) came from the Sun - save a few millions small asteroids.
So maybe the Sun is God and in its infinite wisdom it is manipulating us and other life forms by way of various forms of radiation?
What a very interesting premise for a story!
